The Lory Front Entrance Project
Lory reached out to me for assistance with her front entrance interlock, which was uneven, making the area unusable and creating a tripping hazard at night, as well as causing water to pool in one spot. We addressed all these issues by extending the rainwater drain gutter 16 feet away from the property and carefully designing her landscaping for a more appealing focal point. Additionally, we created a discreet space for her garbage bin, which used to be placed unsightly in front of the garage. Please see the before and after photos.

The Kareem Stand up Shower Project
Kareen has been dreaming of transforming her laundry tub into a stand-up shower since the onset of COVID three years ago. After struggling to find a reliable contractor, she reached out to us at HP Noble Constructions. Upon assessing the layout, we realized the project posed significant challenges to complex plumbing and flooring issues. Undeterred, we accepted the challenge and brought her vision to life. After a week of hard work, we completed the project and conducted leak tests, with the great news of no leaks at all. Kareen is now planning to call us back for her flooring and backyard interlock once the weather warms up. Thank you for your trust and support!

The Underpinning Project
Quyenh contacted us regarding her renovation, which is far from a typical basement finish. This undertaking involves numerous extraordinary elements. First, we had to excavate three feet to achieve a height of 9 feet across 1,800 square feet. Additionally, we transformed all small windows into Egress windows measuring four feet by four feet, with one window expanded to an impressive 8 feet in length and 4 feet in height. After a year of renovation, the project is coming to life, and we are now in the final stages framing, electrical work, and plumbing. Thank you once again for your trust and support—nothing is impossible for the team at HP Noble Constructions.
